Air Canada’s inflight magazine, enRoute, has been profiling Canada’s Best New Restaurants for nearly two decades. This year, they were up for another challenge. And needed a drink. So they sent a discerning barfly (armed with expert recommendations and plenty of coconut water) on a month-long, coast-to-coast crawl to track down the nation’s best new bars.
The Air Canada enRoute team asked us to establish a look and feel for their inaugural Canada’s Best New Bars program, and design the 20-page feature package for their October 2018 issue.
